Healthy Skiing

Skiing, secure and gentle to your joints.
For People who had an injury or suffer from orthopaedic
problems we offer courses accompanied by physical therapists.

With sports physician Dr. Holger Grassner (assistance ÖSV +43 (0) 7564 / 55 55)
and the physical therapist Susanne Stubenvoll we offer – for the first
time inUpper Austria – a new training, which consists of 3 parts:
1.) a medical part, 2.) a physical therapeutic part,
3.) a technical part.

In the course we work ski school orientated and physical therapeutic.
Muscle formation should be completed before the
start of the training.
